We will also cover how to score, certification and reliability, and the Environment Rating Scale System that is being used in Colorado.

This class explores and celebrates our differences.  In this class we define culture, bias, and stereotypes.  We learn to recognize them as the possible roadblocks to developing an open working relationship.  This class is offered to assist coaches, teachers, ECE professionals and quality rating specialists to develop the skills they need to create a learning relationship with those they work with.
